March 2024 - On March 27, TLI Construction president, Cindy Lincicome, particpated in the USACE Charleston District's WOSB Wednesdays Round table Discussion in celebration of Women's History Month. She was joinged by Ms. Patricia Bonilla, President of Luacon and Janet Chihocky, Founder and CEO of JANSON Communications - all successful WOSBs who will share their stories of success in their industries.
September 2023 - Paving the Way to Excellence: TLI Construction Awarded Contract at Edwards Air Force Base We're excited to share some fantastic news from TLI Construction! In partnership with Granite Construction, we've been awarded a significant contract for Airfield Paving at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
Contract Overview: This contract encompasses a wide range of paving requirements, including earthwork, soil sampling and testing, asphalt concrete, concrete curbs, road shoulder maintenance, striping and marking, and much more. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-quality work that meets the high standards set by Edwards Air Force Base. At TLI Construction!, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and our ability to handle complex projects. We're honored to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of vital infrastructure at Edwards AFB, including runways, taxiways, pads, and aprons.
August 2023 - Supporting Comfort for Our Heroes' Little Ones At TLI Construction, we believe in more than just building structures; we're dedicated to creating spaces that enhance lives and contribute to the well-being of our communities.
We're excited to share a recent undertaking close to our hearts – the installation of new carpets in 25 rooms across two Child Development Center buildings at Cannon Air Force Base. These spaces are where the children of our brave military families spend their days playing, learning, and growing.
Supporting our military families is at the heart of what we do. Through attention to detail and dedication, we're committed to creating safe and inviting environments for the youngest members of our heroes' households.

August 2023 - Elevating Infrastructure: Enhancing Power Resilience at Fort Irwin, CA At TLI Construction, we thrive on the challenges that come with elevating critical infrastructure. We're thrilled to share details of our recent endeavor – the Repair of Generators at Buildings 254 and 841, for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Los Angeles District.
In the pursuit of power resiliency, we're replacing the Tier 1 Generator with a cutting-edge standby Tier 4 generator. The transition to Tier 4 technology not only amplifies power reliability but also aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility, reducing emissions while boosting efficiency.
Further fortifying the electrical backbone, we're swapping out the existing Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) with a new 4-pole ATS. This upgrade ensures seamless power transfer between sources, enhancing the facility's capacity to respond to changing energy demands.
As we tackle these intricate challenges, we're reminded of the significance of our work – enabling mission-critical facilities to function without interruption. Our collaboration with the USACE Los Angeles District is a testament to our dedication to excellence in construction and engineering.

TLI Construction, Inc. congratulates Cindy Lincicome, F.SAME, for being recognized as the 2020 National President Medal Award- ee from the Society of American Military Engineers. The award is presented for out- standing leadership and accomplishment in support of the SAME Strategic Plan. Following serving as the National Vice President, Cindy was named the National Centennial Commissioner in 2019.
TLI Construction, Inc. is privileged to serve as subcontractor in providing emergency construction services and establishing Negative Pressure Isolation Wards/Areas in support of the Dept. of Veterans Administration’s COVID-19 response services to ensure necessary care for our veterans at the Grand Junction and Cheyenne VA Medical Centers.
